The Metropolitan Waste Management Group is located at the Tea House, a heritage-listed building that was originally a stationer's warehouse (1888), on the corner of Normanby Road and Clarendon Street, next door to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Walking and public transport
The Tea House is easy walking distance from the CBD. Walk south down Spencer Street which becomes Clarendon Street until you reach Normanby Road. Or, walk along the Southbank promenade, cross Clarendon Street, turn left at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre and you will see the Tea House opposite the Crown Casino.

Southern Cross Station (formally Spencer Street Station) is the closest train station. It is only a ten minute walk down Spencer Street (south) and over the river, from the station to the Tea House.
Three trams lines stop at tram stop no. 124B, directly outside the Tea House.

• Tram 96 travels down Bourke Street and stops at Southern Cross Station, before stopping at the Tea House
• Trams 112 and 109 travel down Collins Street and also stop outside the Tea House

Parking
The Melbourne Convention and  Exhibition Centre has undercover parking spaces managed by Wilson Parking; the entrance is off Normanby Road. It is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. There is also parking at the Crown Casino.
