The Waste Wise Melbourne Network supports businesses and organisations in metropolitan Melbourne to better manage their waste by sharing information, resources and skills.
Membership is open to any business or organisation located in metropolitan Melbourne. Members range from small to medium enterprises, public sector organisations and large corporations.
Joining the network can assist your organisation develop and achieve waste minimisation targets and contribute towards your organisation’s broader sustainability goals.
Membership entitles representatives from your organisation to participate in events and workshops, to learn, share ideas and get inspired. All network activities are designed to equip participants with practical solutions for implementation in their workplaces.
Activities are designed to target a broad range of personnel, ranging from staff involved in operations, procurement and contract management to those staff charged with planning and delivering environmental and sustainability strategies.
Organisations that are network members are also eligible to participate and become Waste Wise Certified as part of the Waste Wise program.
Membership is for 12 months and is based on the financial year, commencing 1 July 2012 to 1 July 2013. Click here to join.
